This anime is fairly set as my favorite fantasy comedy series, and it's easy to tell that the characters from it are very fun to cosplay.  Heck, the group of Slayers cosplayers was pretty fun with or without costumes. ^_^  I should also mention that the Slayers group won the Group Cosplay award this year!  

Y'know, I just might make a Slayers character costume next year...

lina-xel1.jpg	Xellos sitting on Lina's lap...??  Ahem, well, anyway... there were reportedly four Xellosses and three Linas (including our resident pro, Melissa), and these two were the first to show up. ^_^   "Lina" made her character's shoulder armor using paper mache`, and a fine job she did, I must say!

zangulus.jpg	My, this is one snazzy looking Zangulus costume.  You can see it much better in this photo, as opposed to the group shot above. :P Not to mention that not too many people would think of Zangulus as a potential cosplay character, especially for their first con!  Kudos to the Z-man.
