As you can see, the clothing part, while not quite easy, isn't extremely difficult.  It pretty much consists of a robe, a shawl, and gloves.  I could also create something to go over regular black dress shoes to imitate his shoes, but that's very easy.

The hard part (and part that stands out the most...literally) would be the twin dragon heads. O_o  I have to figure out whether this could be done with paper mache` and wire framing.

And even if it can, it'll be quite a test for me to do it well.  I don't have much experience in sculpting. ^_^;  It'll have to be possible to wear them with shoulder straps and a belt without anything falling down, and practical enough that wearing them won't be a pain in the rear as it is.
