3230 A.D. About one thousand years ago, there was a devastating war which changed the world forever. Strangely, no one remembers exactly how or why it happened. Since then, cities have been buit and destroyed; the remnants of the past buried and dug up again, in an unending cycle. The truth of the past becomes hazy faster than ever before. Amidst the rubble, the world is advancing in small, seperate pockets: Each group of people focused on it's own survival, and more or less oblivious to the actions of the others. Civilization is rebuilt by digging up pieces of the past, whether that means technology, magic, weaponry, or buildings....items and knowledge from any Era are welcome as long as they demonstrate their usefulness. What can you find in this era? Just about anything...! The world has been in ruins for generations. But is it dying? Definitely not! The young lands have forgotten the past. While the landscapes are far from green, growth is faster than ever before. Almost everything is at the pivotal point where it could take any path at the drop of a coin... How will it react to influences from other eras?
